 Dear Parents, I would like to introduce myself, my name is Stacy Taylor, owner and operator of Taylor Tot’s Daycare. I am an Accredited licensed child care provider. I have a college degree in Medical Office Administration, and in the process of obtaining an associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I am very active in the child care profession; I am on the board of directors for the Nebraska Family Child Care Association and I have presented at numerous workshops: for my local child care support group, NFCCA "Provider's Day Out" State Conference and for the NAFCC National Child Care Conference in Chicago. Quailfied to train the recent legislation required training "Safe With You Series" over abuse/neglect for child care providers. Certified in both infant-child CPR and First Aid training. I have dedicated my time towards making my daycare a structured learning environment, filled with not only playtime, but also planned activities and offer a preschool curriculum. I am a member of several child care organizations such as: (CACCA) the Columbus Area Child Care Association, (NFCCA) the Nebraska Family Child Care Association, and (NAFCC) the National Association For Child Care. I also, take part in the Child Care Food Program. My family includes my husband, Bill who is a self-contractor and a big kid at heart, he has almost as many toys as my daycare children do. My three wonderful children; Kristapher is waiting to attending college at UNK in the fall and thinking about majoringing in Criminal Justice or business after an honorable medical discharge from the Marine Corps. Nicholas is in the second grade is very active in sports, he wrestles in the fall/winter months for Duncan Wrestling and plays baseball for the Mariners during the spring/summer months. Alyssa, my youngest, is in Kindergarten, she models for Agency89 out of Omaha, she is in her third year of dance and first year of gymnastics and adored by both of her brothers. I consider myself blessed to have the family I do and my extended families that I provide child care for.
